Patient data is fundamental for effective care delivery, population health analysis, clinical trial recruitment, & the training of AI models in healthcare applications. The current state of patient data is fragmented & scattered across multiple systems & in varying noninteroperable formats. Having a single destination for the complete record under patient control will eliminate most, if not all data sharing difficulties.
